Bukchon Hanok Village - With your hanbok, roam around the traditional houses in Bukchon Hanok Village and take photos in the taping spots of famous Koreanovelas like Goblin. Gyeongbokgung Palace - This is the nearest palace from Bukchon Hanok Village so you can just walk there and be transported back to the old Goryeo and how the past Korean emperors lived. Changgyeonggung Palace - Another palace you can explore in the afternoon for a nice sunset palace view! National Museum of Contemporary Art - And if you're an artist or someone who appreciates contemporary art, this is the museum to see the latest Korean art collection which infuses technology into the way we see beauty nowadays. It's an eye-opening experience on how we can experience art in the modern world because technology is not just for function, but also for aesthetics. Namsan Seoul Tower - See the whole city of Seoul from a few storeys up. N Seoul Tower is perfect for a nice night time view of the city. You can also bring your sweet heart and lock your love for each other via the Namsan Lovelocks. Then, you can have a dinner at the cutesy Hello Kitty Island in the tower. Day 2 - Garden of the Morning Calm + Nami Island This tandem is usually part of a tour in Klook. The tourist guide will bring you to Garden of the Morning Calm in the AM and Nami Island in the PM. Garden of the Morning Calm is a massive botanical garden which has about 20 different zones. There are no activities in the area because it is really meant for relaxation and strolling. There is a coffee shop in the middle of the garden where you can buy coffee and continue your stroll while admiring nature. A famous spot is in the photo above where a famous historical Korean drama was shot - Love in the Moonlight. It's also the perfect view for your IG feed! Nami Island, on the other hand, is a small island where you can bike around or ride little golf carts to go around and admire nature. The trees are set up perfectly and change color depending on the season. Autumn is the best time to go because some trees turn to red or yellow, filling up the forest floor with colorful leaves. It's the perfect place to bring your family and children for a wonderful afternoon playtime! Day 3 - Everland
Day 4 - Cafe Hopping in Hongdae Area Korea has the cutest, most adorable coffee shops due to unique themes and interior. Even their food and drink menu are to die for and very IG-worthy.
Hongdae, being an urban youth area since it's close to a university, actually houses some of the best coffee shops in town! Two of their best themed coffee shops are: Harry Potter Cafe - This has about five floors into the world of the best-selling wizard world fiction. They also have the best assortment of cake and coffee for a morning brunch with your best friend. Cafe 239-20 - This cafe is comic-themed! Stepping inside feels like stepping into a cartoon world where you can order the best cupcakes and brownies! But more than these two cafes, there are still a lot more to explore!!! So once you go to the area, be sure your tummy is ready for some taste of heaven on earth!
